Contact via WhatsApp

When you contact us on WhatsApp, we keep your phone number, the name shown on your WhatsApp, and the content of the conversation — including details like your address and your pet's routine, which you share so we can arrange the service. We use this information only to provide the service you asked for and to stay in touch with you.

Photos and videos

During walks, pet sitting and boarding, we take photos and videos of your pet and, where relevant, of the inside of your home, for each visit's report. These photos and videos are shared with you only, and are never published or shared with third parties.

How to request deletion

You can ask, at any time, for your data and your pet’s photos and videos to be deleted, by emailing dogwalking.passeiosfelizes@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
